Emoji Battery: Cute Icons is a free, ad-supported personalization app — an emoji battery icon for your status bar, with a sticker library, a fun troll battery and size/percentage options. By installing or using it, you agree to these Terms. The troll battery is a display effect only and does not change your device's real battery.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Battery Cuties ("the App") on Android devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
The App replaces your status-bar battery icon with an emoji battery that mirrors your real charge, offers a library of battery stickers by category, lets you set a fun fake "troll battery" percentage, and lets you adjust the emoji size and toggle the percentage display. Availability depends on your device and Android version, and some devices restrict customizing the status bar.
The emoji battery is a cosmetic display that reflects your real charge level. The troll battery shows a fake percentage for fun only. The App does not change, improve, save, boost or extend your device's real battery life or charging speed, and does not modify system behavior. Do not present the troll-battery percentage as your device's real battery to mislead anyone.

The App is free and supported by advertising. By using the App you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that ad and attribution partners process limited data as described in our Privacy Policy. The App currently offers no in-app purchases or subscriptions; if paid features are added later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase.
Your chosen emoji, size and preferences are stored locally and are removed when you clear the App's data or uninstall it. Available features depend on your device.
The App, including its design, code, graphics and emoji artwork, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright. All emoji and battery designs are original or generic; the App is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with any character brand, studio or franchise. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.
THE APP AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Without limiting the above, the App does not affect your device's real battery, and we do not warrant that status-bar customization will work on every device.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD 10.00.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
This license remains in effect until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach these Terms. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections that by their nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification) will survive.
The App is distributed through Google Play. This agreement is between you and the developer only, not with Google. Google is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use must comply with the Google Play Terms of Service, and your data is handled per the Google Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence are not affected.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
